How many sessions do I need?

The first 2 - 3 sessions are often focused on helping your body, mind and emotions find more of a natural balance.  Thereafter we can focus more deeply on the specific problems.  It is recommended to allow for about 8 sessions before changes and deep paradigm shifts can be observed.  Appreciably, severe symptoms can take longer to address.  Thereafter you can decide to have maintenance sessions whenever you feel the need to.  Some people come regularly to help them deal with daily stresses, relationship issues or to get deeper personal insights into their life purpose.

When should I come back?

Your next session will be determined by your body at the end of a session.  The time can range from a few days to a couple of weeks or months.  Initially, your first few sessions could be close together and then sessions tend to spread out, it just depends on what you require for your healing process.  It is, obviously, your choice as to when you want to attend your next session and whether you want to continue or not.

Am I given any medication, herbs or supplements?

BodyTalk is a non invasive modality which assists the body's natural healing process and thus no drugs, supplements or herbs are prescribed.
